Questions parents ask
Is the video really personalized?
Yes. Santa says your child's name several times and talks about the specific things you write, like a kind thing they did or what's on their wish list.
How long does it take?
The preview plays right away. Santa records each full video personally, so it arrives within 24 hours of ordering, often much sooner. We email you the link.
Can I order for more than one child?
Yes. Add up to 3 children in one order. Three videos together are priced as a Family Pack.
How is the video made?
Santa's voice and animation are created with AI from a script written around your details. The Santa in the video is a character, not a recording of a real person.
Does Santa promise specific gifts?
No. Santa acknowledges the wish and says he'll see what he can do, so nothing in the video sets expectations you can't meet.
Is this a "personalised video from Father Christmas" too?
Yes. Families in the UK, Ireland and Australia use it the same way.
